Our History
Sovereign Grace Church, April 2009
For almost 2 years, God has been stirring the hearts of several families here in Fredericksburg to help establish a new, gospel-centered church in the region. Since that time, He has brought together a community of people who love the gospel, love each other, and love this city. We really stand amazed at how He has worked to build His church.
One of the biggest ways He has blessed is through the support of our family of churches, Sovereign Grace Ministries. Sovereign Grace Ministries exists to plant and build churches with the gospel, which is the very thing we are eager to do here in Fredericksburg.
Though we are thankful for what God has already done, we are still a new church, and most of our history is yet to be written.
We hope you can come and be a part of the history that God has planned for us.
